Echo Park: Rhymes of the Times

Age Range: 10-14
Description: Students will work in groups to come up with original lyrics for simple melodies of existing songs. Students will brainstorm with each other and then organize their lyrics using the wonderful tools of language, rhythm, phrasing, and tone to to deliver the most effective song performance possible!
