Student Writing: Anthony’s “Improve the World”

I would improve the world by telling the government to make a law that if you litter you would have to pay money and pick up the trash. Also if you bully someone, you would owe them money and you would have to make them food and comfort them. If a bully doesn’t comfort you, then you can report them to the police. Also if no one is following that law, I would tell the president to send people out to make sure that people were following the law. If none of that works, I would go on the TV news and tell everyone that if you litter you would have to pay a lot of money and if you bully, you would have to pay the person money and you would have to comfort them and make them food. If no one still follows the law, they would have to pay me, the president, and the government. Once people have learned their lessons and paid almost $100, they will want to follow the rules.
