Each year 826LA partners with a talented graphic design volunteer to create a holiday greeting card. This annual greeting has been quite popular among businesses and individuals alike as a means of spreading cheer as well as supporting the unique programming offered by 826LA to the community. We are so proud to present year’s holiday card designed and letter-pressed by the witty and whimsical Mary Peterson.
Mary is a children’s book illustrator, graphic designer and artist. More and more of her time is spent with her antique C&P Pilot Letterpress, printing cards, mini-broadsides and limited edition art prints. To see some more lovely examples of her work visit www.marypeterson.com.
Each card is letter-pressed by Mary Peterson on high quality, sustainable paper from Waste Not Paper Co. and is accompanied by a matching moss green envelope. Because of the hand-made nature of this edition, supplies are limited.
