826LA’s First Ever Holiday Lit Mart

Season’s readings! This weekend, 826LA celebrated with our first ever Holiday Lit Mart at our Echo Park location.

The same day as the Echo Park Community Parade and the Echo Park Shop Hop, 826LA’s Holiday Lit Mart was a special afternoon where our writing lab was transformed into a festive book fair. Passersby, friends, and family were invited to enter our writing lab to browse an assortment of student- and locally-authored books, holiday button-making, gifts with student quotations, and other LA-themed goodies from our Time Travel Mart Tri-Dimensional Gift Guide.
